Dear Friends of CTC,
There’s a chill in the air and a new season is upon us. The season of joy, peace, faith, and hope — joy that we are able to live in the moment, wishes of peace to all, faith that good things will happen, and hope for the future. We would like to send you good wishes for the new year.
As most of you know, Children’s Therapy Clinic is a non-profit organization. We provide physical, speech, and occupational therapies and an autism socialization program to children with special needs. We’ve served hundreds of children in the Kanawha Valley since 1935. In 2009 alone the clinic has provided 2,479 free therapy visits to our clients. This is almost 600 more than last year.

Here’s one story of how the clinic has impacted a family:
“As a mother of three sons with autism, CTC has become a second home. For my children and me to be surrounded by so much love, caring, and understanding has meant the world to us. To some the gains may be small, but to me and the staff at CTC these gains are the building blocks to a happier and more fulfilled life for my boys. Because of CTC our future is brighter and our days get just a little bit more normal-which to a parent of children with autism is a dream come true: a dream that may never have come true without the services provided by CTC.”
-Bekah A.

Children’s Therapy Clinic is solely dependant on fundraising, grants, and the generosity of donors. Without this support, many children in need would go without the therapy so important in their young lives. In this time of economic instability, our request for your support is especially urgent. A seasonal donation card is enclosed with the hope that you will offer these children the chance for a brighter future.
Every donation makes a difference, regardless of size and will be put to good use, right here in this community. We are located at 113 Lakeview Drive, Charleston. Please call us at (304) 342-9515 and arrange a visit to see how your support helps the children.
On behalf of the clients, staff, and Board of Directors, I would like to thank you for your generosity and continued support. May you have a happy holiday season!

Sincerely,
